Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, personal care products) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
